Dissapointed

I upgraded my contract in May since than i have been experiencing problems with mtn
they firstly told me they going to deliver the phone to me and they end up not coming without any
notification when they arrive at my home they dont notify me when they coming as well i ended up sitting for
hours on the phone with the warehouse than call the mtn call centre they cannot help me either this so i am already paying for my contract and they still havent delivered my phone
finally they sent it through than mtn insurance call centre is terrible i cannot ever seem to get though to them i needed to claim and spent a week trying to claim it finally came through than once done to update my information i spend another two weeks just trying to get through to them the service is extremely poor
for a while now i want to change my package to a top up apparently i cannot do so because its a promotional contract when i took my upgrade i wasnt aware it wasnt brought to my attention that it was a promotional contract they didnt inform me that i wouldnt be allowed to change my contract package i constantly called in and ask and now this is what they say yet i knew nothing of it. so disappointing
