Dear Cell C / TK, you keep responding and advise me that Ayanda will get back to me or Funiwe. To date absolutely no one has called me, I keep phoning Cell C, I have cancelled my BIS on one phone and the cell C get it but got billed for it again and when i phoned today Chelsea in the call centre advised Sarah in the legal department had never cancelled it.
I really cannot believe the competence of some of your employees. Will it kill them to phone me and see what my problem is? not even complaining on Hello Peter is helping in any way.
This is the worst service i have ever received from any company.
