Poor customer service

On 12 May took a contract that included a TV and by today 30 May have still not received the TV. The store assistant (one employee) called Igsaan has to us about when delivery will take place. We decided to contact the courier company ourselves and was told that he only submitted his documents on 28 May. I am disappointed at being to by an MTN employee who definitely deserves to be disciplined by MTN.
