Pathetic Service

On the 3rd September I booked my phone in for repairs, thinking it was a software upgrade that I needed due to my phone (bb 9790) that reboots all the time..A week later (09 September) a young lady contacted me to advise me that it will cost me R2070 to fix my phone! I was dumb founded by this news due to me having Insurance & my phone was under warranty! She told me that she will call MTN insurance and hear what their process will be and will contact me back. I never heard back from anybody for almost 2weeks after.(25 Sept
)I decided to go to mtn myself, only to find out that my phone had returned and wasn't fixed! A note was left in the box with my broken phone stating that messages was left but I never responded! SERIOUS! because I have not received a single message! Now I'm trying to contact MTN insurance to claim a new phone on 0831236084 and that number does not work!! Its now almost a month and NOTHING has been resolved! Being a client of mtn for more than 5years I now find this service pathetic! I feel like nobody Is willing to help! I just need some guidance as how to go about this because I'm at the point of canceling my contract!!
