Worst ADSL provider in South Africa

These throttle users when ever they seem it to be fit. After I reduced my internet usage during peak hours as being advised by WA, WA still decides to say I have high D/L usage.
on the 19th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 200MB
on the 18th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 350MB
on the 17th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 440MB
on the 16th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 999MB
on the 15th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 999MB
on the 14th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 1140MB
on the 13th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 340MB
on the 13th avg D/L usage between 06:00 till 17:00 = 900MB

So exactly what is the use being with a company that throttles users for just using the internet. Basically they want us to pay for a service which we can never get to enjoy.
Oh please do reply and say we have a star rating and how this is all explained on the knowledge base and whatever else you want because, YOU CAN NOT CLEARLY STATE THAT THE ABOVE IS HIGH INTERNET USAGE DURING PEAK HOURS. just 10 more 10 days till i leave you guys, just cant wait.
