I submitted a claim 22/01/2013 stil no feedback. Called the call center the number doesnt work of a landline - Im putting in a claim for my cellphone, I have to call of a landline?!?!?! The FAX number they give you on the claim documents mean nothing as I went to a service provider shop in Menlyn and the woman told me no claim was registered. Their email address [Email Removed] is full, so no emails are getting through.. What is going on? Why am I paying insurance when I can't claim? And why does mtn have to make it SO extremely difficult for it's clients to claim?
