My broadband has become slower and slower.. I have reported it a few times now..
Recreating the port does not help. Resetting does not help.
I was TOLD by a someone is a issue with the infrastructure and
has been like this for months and no one is rectifying it...
I have a 4meg line .. I am getting 0.75mbs...
If you keep a history of my line 0114778699 you will see the amount
of issues we have had in the past...
Please fix the line, dont reset it or put me on a new port .. This does nothing...
It has helped once for no more than a hour (which I mentioned) but the problem
returned.
Why is is so hard to get this line fixed.. Why do I have to beg and plead and find other ways
of getting help??? I have emailed
