I called my SP to query an unusual spike in my bill and was surprised to learn the I somehow signed up for some service with a company called Smart Tech Solutions, allowing them to add R20 per day to my MTN Bill.
If I need Internet bundle, I need to log onto MTN Website, select service then wait... I initiate with SP, I did not sign up with this STS.
R600 later... Not cool, why MTN does not notify clients of this before allowing our accounts to be billed?
