Called MTN to Query an unusual surge in service fee, I apparently joined Smart Call Tech Solutions for R20 a Day.
No recollection of this "Service "I signed up for. Called and Yvonne has emailed me proof of joining, I need to wait 24 Hours and Yvonne cannot guide me as to how I signed up and what I am paying for, no team leader or manager available.
I dispute signing up for this and don't know how Our Service providers can allow this kind of when we need to submit documents for an SMS package upgrade... Sucky Service!!!
I have being billed and would like my money back.
