I recently went into the eastgate vodacom walk in facility on 21-09-2013 to cancel my outstanding accounts. i paid the outstanding amounts that was on the quotes. thinking that the consultants were up to standard i allowed them to process what was on the quotes. to my surprise i was overcharged by a whopping R7200. i returned back to them the next day 22-09-2013 and an amout of - R26000 was refunded to me that was charged for the whole transaction. i then payed with my wifes card as the transaction did not show on my credit card as released. yesterday 25-09-2013 the transaction was back on my account. what is vodacom doing? i have tried to call the said centre but the number i got from your customer call centre just rings. i was told by the consultant that i have to go back to the outlet because they could do nothing for me. i am now R26000 out of pocket due to the negligence of the staff at vodacom.
