On the 18/09/2013 it came to my attention that changes were made on my contract acc, cell number - 0844959484 without my presence or consent at the Ladysmith branch. The changes made were as follow: Sim swop done on the 27/06/2013, sim swop done on the 19/07/2013 and again sim swop done on the 25/07/2013. My banking details were replaced by other banking details. The debit order aggreement was changed to a cash payment. And all this information was revealled at the Megacity branch.
The manager at Ladysmith was contacted, he promised to investigate and give me feedback as to who had authorised these changes by close of business - 19/09/2013. Today marks 8 days since the incident and no response received from CELL-C.
As a customer, I feel that my privacy has been violated and the contract has been breached. I have no interest in continuing with this contract and want it cancelled with immediate effect!
