Service Cancelled & Still Billed

Attention:

It is a little irritating to find a SMS sent from FNB that Cell C has debited two months (R311) times twice to be (R622) worth of phone service when the account is no longer. I no longer have a phone from Cell C nor a working sim card and this issue originally took over several months (8) to be exact with a breach of service. The contract was cancelled per both the Consumer Protection Act and a Bayside Cell C manager cancelling (Dealer Cancellation). The phone being a (Blackberry) was sent back to Cell C along with all boxed content and the number was ported to a new service provider. It was deemed that service was not reliable or able to be presented according to a contractual term. The amount of R622 and any other amounts will be taken up in a legal preceding if this matter is not dealt with immediate attention to detail and rectified by the end of the business day. Thereby all documentation shall be presented stating factual and true communication from both present and past tense to this matter.
