In November 2012 I signed up for a mobile contract worth R2500, the deal was approved and I received my Mobile the very same Day. I then went back to sign up for anoher contact on the very same mobile worth the same price, only to find that I was supposedly behind in payment for 2months already bt I had not received any mail and we had agreed that my payment will be via Debit order every 30th. I was asked to make a cash payment and was told that there had been an error when they had captured my Bank account number, thinking that all was rectified this time I signed up for the secnd contract as planned, 3mnths later I receive a call from the Debt collection agency on behalf of Cell C, I went back and this is when my nightmare began.when I went to speak to John the consultant that had assisted me he just had no time for me and my queries and complaints, he was more interested in assisting the new clients that had walked in whilst we were having our conversastion so he gave me a toll free number to call on my own when I got home.when I called I found that on the second contract John had captured the amount as R10 000 not R2500 as agreed that why I ws handed over to the collection agency.
