Good day, i called in a month or so back to place an order of a samsung s4 mini of which when i had applied i was advised that payment of R289.00 would be debeted and was nover advised of any other addtional costs, i then received my bill statement on the 13th of Sep to find i would be billed R311.58 i called Mnt call centre to have one of the team leaders call me back, since then i have received 3 ref numbers and no call from senoir managment regarding this issue, to make matters worse i was debited R1200.00 and some odd, which is far beyod the amount of R1000.00 inculsive of my other 2 lines i have. i am livid at the service MTN has given me while ive been a loyal client who's d/o has never unpaid.

i would like Mr R Naidoo manager of the call centre as clearly his team leaders are not equipt to assist clients and all they know is to give refrence numbers to call me personally and assist me in resolving this matter out.
