Dont clarify everythng2clnts&dont give feedback

On the1oth june, I took cellc contract, I explain2the consultant (Rindani) dat I want2use my old numbers4new contract, i gv her d numbers, on da14th cellphones came, I called cell c2activate&i also requestd2keep my old numbers, i was advised it wil b done, afta 24hrs it wil be activated, on da15th it was not activated.i called back, I was advised new numbers were activated not old numbers, and cell c team leader wil investigate the calls if I requested the same&come back2me afta 24hrs ref No.:3061500257til today nobody came back, i had2use new sim card.
Also I received smses on the17th advising that I will be debited on the 18th, of which I clearly stated that the debit date must be on the 01 of every month, debit came back unpaid as I did not make provision for that. Cell C is not advising us correctly&it seems that the staff doesn't know the everything about the product, I have not received any joy from them, to them itws only about taking the contract only, further to that they know nothing and no joy
