WHAT DOES 24 MONTHS CONTRACT MEAN

I TOOK A CONTRACT WITH 8TA IN JUNE 2011, CONTRACT WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO COME TO AN END (TERMINATE) IN JUNE 2013.

KNOWING MY CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED OR LAPSED I STOPPED PAYING FOR IT IN JUNE, HOWEVER I OT AN SMS FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY QUESTING I MAKE PAYMENT AS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO THEM.

ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE I NO LONER HAVE A CONTRACT WITH 8TA, AND THIS REFLECTS BAD ON MY CREDIT RECORD.

CAN THIS BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY

I HAVE NEVER FELT SO FRUSTRATED
