Due to circumstances I could not pay for the past few months, I have made payment but not the required amount. I have now sent an email several times but no one is responding! YET, you have the audacity to harrass me via telephone, you even phoned on Christmas, I have ignored your calls and when you phone me on my work telephone number I told them to not phone me on there, and phone me after 16:30 which you never do!! I understand you harrassing me if I just ignore the fact that my account is in arrears, but I have tried to make arrangements via email but no one is responding?! How does that work? I need someone to contact me via email during the day or on my cell ONLY between 16:30 - 17:00. And tell your call centre to stop bugging me everyday!!
