These guys know what they're doing.
I was having trouble with my account with them so they investigated and found that the source of the problem was with Telkom. Afrihost spent some time investigating the issue but was not able to resolve it, Telkom had locked me into a contract with them and there was nothing Afrihost could do.
Once they where satisfied that there was nothing they could do to help me they refunded me for the invoices I'd paid since opening the account and closed it. I'll definitely be back for more of their great service once I've ended my contract with Telkom.
