So its been what 43 days.
And I have yet to receive a tablet. MTN is now telling me that there is nothing wrong with it, and they are sending in back from JHB. Was I drunk? When both myself and the MTN service person looked at it in store, they saw that it did'nt want to switch on. And yet, they are telling me this bullshitty story! I AM TIRED of all their and bad service. When will it all end?
I work with couriers on a daily basis, and should it have been the case that they sent it back to JHB, I would've had it by Friday already!!!
Stop treating your customers like monkeys! We are not stupid.
I DEMAND THAT someone get back to be immediately!
