Still have no phone since 29 April 2013

I am so frustrated with Cell C, I don't even know where to start. Since my last report last Monday, I haven't received any concrete or promising response from Cell C. They only replied telling me that Sandros the guy in charge will get back to me within 48 hours, but I haven't heard anything from them. I have contacted Cell C The Glen telephonically three times last week no one has assisted me, instead they keep on telling me the managers are busy and will get back to me but nothing. This is unacceptable to be treated like this. The incovinience of not having a smart phone has had in my life is beyond measure. Kindly advise me on what to do next as I am tired of going to the store and to be treated like a fool. I am tired of calling the customer line and telling my story over and over to different agents who end up doing nothing. I am tired of calling the store and leaving numerous messages. I know Cell C will read this, I will be seeking legal action against them as all all their deadlines have passed and their promises have not being kept, after all I am a paying client.
