I would like to compliment Shadley for his amazing attitude and excellent customer service. He picked up a mess that had been passed on by everyone else, efficiently sorted it out and resolved the problem swiftly and with a smile. He's the reason why this problem was resolved and we will now remain Vodacom customers after a very frustrating month which nearly chased us away!
