Poor Service Delivery

I have had my cell phone for about 15 years currently on Business Contract and also have 4 other vodacom contracts linked to my account for my family members currently living in Lonehill. I also have a data bundle from my work as well.

It is almost impossible to receive or make complete calls from my premises due to there being unreliable signal.

My work is impacted as well as family well being because being able to call in an emergency is not a luxury. Recently I needed an ambulance and my children were not able to call from the premises. Having to call from outside on the street at 1 am in an emergency can meant life or death impact of this poor service. A security situation would not give us the luxury of stepping out on the street to call for help. This is a very serious risk.

Feedback on numerous complaints to Vodacom has been that a new signal pole is being erected by Vodacom in the area. But I have been waiting for more than 18 months...

I wish to enquire if Vodacom is willing to cancel my contracts before their expiry dates so I can use a different provider OR kindly find a solution to the problem...
