Deduction of money from my account

August 12 and 15 monies have been deducted of my account for mobimolla, I then called mobimoolla to query what has happened and they told me that is was a mistake and it is under investigation and they will get back to me in 48 hours. I waited that 48 hours and I got no response from them. I emailed them over 10 times and they still did not reply to me, I emailed them my bank statement as well and still no response, .
