I placed 2 orders for jeggings on the 12th of July. in both cases the order confirmation says delivery within 14 to 30 days. I emailed wicount (twice, once for each order) on the 5th of August asking for an expected delivery date, and received an automated response saying it may take 24 hours to reply, I emailed them again on the 12th of August as the goods were now overdue and they had not bothered to reply to my emails at all. I have still had no response.
