IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN INVOICE

I have been struggling to obtain invoices for the last two debits that went off my account. I have called MTN's contact centre and was told there was an error with my address, I have reference numbers for all the calls I have made and was promised on Friday my invoice would be emailed... still no luck. How do you guys do business, I have never had an issue with Vodacom, actually they would email you a statement prior to debiting your account. I have no clue how MTN operates and it seems like your "system" needs an upgrade as it cannot find Faerie Glen in Pta, and instead logs Berea Park??? Pls get back to me asap prior to debiting my account again on 1 Sept 2013.
