STILL NO DELIVERY- 2ND COMPLAINT! PATHETIC!

This is my second complaint on the same issue, nothing has been done. I am still waiting for delivery of a phone. This is pathetic to say the the least, I got a weak sms that said they have received my complaint. Big deal! Also got a reference number, this was 13 JUNE, what for I don't know. NEEDLESS TO SAY, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET.
Please resolve. I will cancel my contract in any case
