Waiting long for phone

I have a contract for the past about 5 years for my mother. Her phone gave problems and we took it to the Auto page in the Diamond Pavilion mall. The price to fix the phone was extremely high. I rejected the quote, but on Sunday when I went there after 2 weeks of rejecting the quote, they cannot tell me where the phone is or how long it will take before I can collect it. Not staying in Kimberley this is a problem.
I told the consultant that it is strange that they cannot even tell me where the phone is, he said I must wait for an sms. Not even when I informed him that I want to cancel the contract due to bad service did he made an attempt to assist me better.
