Throttling of my UNCAPPED line twice

Last week I was throttled for 3 days and told I was abusing the line. Explained that we don't download, it was only for work purposes, lost R1000 due to non connectivity. Told them in a one hour conversation with 2 diff people that I would be cancelling and moving to another provider. Have to give one calendar month notice or they will hand me over.. OKAY.. so, my usage can not change because it is work related, so how long till you throttle me again.. reply.. 31 days... I specifically asked, not sooner.. reply.. no.. 31 days... well.. it has been a week. Log onto work at 3am today and guess what.. speed down to 0.11. Been throttled when I was told it would only be in a month. They. I will be phoning and giving them as soon as the offices open at 8am and they can have their one month payment if it means that much to them, but I am going to be changing providers immediately. Been with them for 2 years, for all that time my usage has been the same as my job has not changed, now suddenly my uncapped line gets capped more regularly than my bedding gets washed, this is not on MWeb, and all my friends that I have referred to you are changing too, so sad for you
