VIRGIN MOBILE RUINED MY REPUTATION

I applied for a Nedbank business loan, and know I have no accounts, always pay cash and keep my banking in order - I was turned down... reason .. a Virgin Active Mobile account that I have never had... I called the account department in JHB (I live in Cape Town - past 30 years) got kept on hold for 30 min - then got through to accounts:

I gave my ID number and was told that I opened an account in Santon JHB in 2011, also that I gave my home address as Santon and a PO Box number... so I asked the accounts department if they have a home number for me in Santon as well... she says "Yes" and reads out my Cape Town home number .. 021... so I asked her "If I live in Santon how can you call a Cape Town number to connect to my home"... she agreed.

My loan was rejected because of this account, I have never been contacted for this account .. they just handed it to the credit black list... never have I or will I own a Virgin phone...
