Cell c claim to charge 15cent per mega bite but recently they have been charging me up to ten rand for receivingsoftware updates that i don't even download. when i asked they said i made a download of ten mega bitewhich i ofcos did not, funny enough cos ten mega bite should be one rand fifty cents instead of ten rand.
