This is the 2nd time I am complaining about MTN. MTN has over charged me and does not want to refund the extra money. MTN claims it was incorrectly undercharging me previously, but the issue is, the contract which I signed for stated a certain amount. I signed for that, and that is all I should pay. If it is binding on my part, it should be binding on MTN's part.
I spoke to MTN's consultant Trevor Maseko earlier this week, I was told someone who could handle the situation would get back to me by the next day. No one as gotten back to me as yet. Either MTN consultants are now lieing or MTN does not care about clients when it comes to giving money back.
