Not only did it take 2 months for me to convince Cell C that I no longer have proper coverage at my home answers ranged from that I am wrong because their map is right and I moved my house onto a mountain thats why no coverage until finally admitting that there is over subscription, now they overcharge me for data!
I lodged a query at Cell C Eastgate where the sales guy was trying to tell the call centre that the data rate was 15c per meg. The call centre did not know about that!!! I am being charged R7 for 8 meg of data. I then lodged a query myself on 16 August and despite Cell C policy to respond within 24 to 48 hours no response. I phoned again on 28 August and despite promise for someone to contact me by day end no one has
