I have been officially a month without my line working and Telkom refuses to send someone out or to give me an expected time that the fix will be concluded. The call centre that they advise you to call is so so un helpful and unable to give you any answers. They are there really to just take the call. On top of that they have billed me but the problem is still not addressed. One month without being able to use the line is not a joke, yet telkom just sits on their laurels.
I wish we good have a viable solution other then Helkom, unfortunately we are stuck with this inefficient service.
