Logged a call on 5 September. Was over-charged by R800.00. Money was debited from my account. Now your accounts department says that they have to wait until it reflects on your statement. No, I can't wait, I want my money back. It was paid to you, I have proof of this. Please get back to me so that this can be resolved. Ref 6706823
