I have been with Cell C for many years. I have always been very happy with them but since I upgraded to Samsung S4 my opinion has severely changed. On a daily basis I struggle to make calls, constantly have reception issues and friends and colleagues complain that they cant get hold of me.
What the is going on??? Twice I have been to Cell C branches to complain, twice I got the same response "Just restart your device". Really?? That is your answer?
The worst thing is that I recommended Cell C to many of my friends and two of them migrated. Same issue!
I am somebody that loves technology and the service delivery I am getting is unacceptable. Surely if there was going to be an issue with reception and certain handsets, should that not precede offering the product in the first place??
