E-Solutions flop

I took a data deal with UNISA and CELL C and followed the stipulated process. Paid the amount due to UNISA on the 05/09/13. Provided Cell C with all the details as requested shortly afterwards, but i still have not recieved the data bundle.

Please can i have the data bundle i paid for or have my money back!
