Bad service

The dial direct client bumped my card on the 09/04/2013 and granted me permission to claim from his third party insurance. I submitted my claim and this reference number was provided 828366624/05, I also sumitted all the documentes requested to [Email Removed] on the 19 April 2013. I was requested to send my car for inspection on the 27 April 2013 which I did, I was told the dial direct will call me and they didn't. I made a follow-up call on the 06 May 2013 where I spoke to Shaun. He told me that I didnt send the schetch which was never requested before, anyway I send him all the documents I sent to [Email Removed] including the schetch on the same day and I added and delivery and read receipt and I received confirmation that he read my e-mail.

Today I made a follow-up call and spoke to Kedumetse who told me that the documents sent to Shaun were not filed, she also requested I send her the documents which I did.

I am very dissappointed in dial direct and I am not sure whether the dragging is because I am not their client and I don't know what else to do. I am driving araound with a scratched car for over a month now.
