On or arround 19 March 2013 my wife was contacted by a person stating that they are calling from MBD on behalf of Truworths relating an outstanding account which they were instructed to collect on.
During that conversation my wife specifically requested a detailed account statement and contract documents in order to substantiate the claims. So far she's only received demands for payment and no proof of the debt.
It has now been more than 2 weeks, and still you have not supplied her with the documents that she is entitled to by instead opted to use intimidation tactics by calling het 2 or even 3 times per day!
I hereby demand that you supply to the requested documents within the next 7 days and cease the intimation calls with immediate effect, failing which we will proceed by instituting complaints againts MBD as well as Truworths at the relevant compliance bodies.
