My phone was recently and i called Autopage customer service to have the sim card blocked within 30 minutes of the incident. unbeknown to me the block did not go through and the person who my phone rang up a bill of R4, 000. Autopage has admitted the fault on their side and agreed to credit my account, 19 days later i have only recived a credit of R1405. i have called everyday and no one can give me a answer and am told on a daily basis that the problem has been esculated, there is no communication from Autopage to the client, i am having to call everyday to followup to my expense. if there was a way that i could cancel my contract with them i would. i will not be renewing after the 24 months, even though i have been with them for 14 years.!!!
