We installed 8ta in June 2012 for the use of home business and after hours online gaming. The speeds in the first few months were amazing and at times we were reaching download speeds in access on 5mb/sec. Sadly at around January 2013 the speed started to really deteriorate to a point that we could not even run google search. This seem to be up and down and for months we decided to live with the problem as we heard that there was a lot of fibre optic upgrades taking place all around. However, on the 2nd September 2013 we decided that enough is enough and called the customer service for 8ta. We logged a call (case number 6646630) and eventually on the 10th September a technician came out. He tested our route, SIM card and established that it was a network issue. He said that someone would contact us within a week from the network department. No one did! On the 17th September we contacted them again and they said that nothing has happened and that they would escalate it to their management. On 19th September we phone 5 times were we were put either on hold, appeared to be be cut off or transferred. It's now costing to much and we have concluded that the customer service isn't helping
