I took out a cellphone contract with autopage in 2012 Nov via email . i requested that a limit for R150. my sim card was out of my purse in December 2012, never used the sim as within the first days i was suspended for going over my "limit " but only send 1 via sms to my mother in law i then took out the sim and stored in my purche, thats when i started getting sms'e stating account R4000 then R5000... going on i immediatly contacted autopage stating i am not using the sim, the lady then asked where is the sim then, thats when i realized that my sim was i immediatly reported it to autopage and to the police where i was instructed to do an affidavit. i send everything to autopage, they never did anything they are holding me responsible for the payment!! i will not pay it i will pay my monthly subsription but the amount for over R8000. no the blacklisted me and want s to put a summons against me and garnishee order on my salary
