On the 10th June I closed the bank account that Cell C used to debit me. The same day I went into the store and updated them with my new details.
My debit did not go through I confirmed my details again and the branch and with Cell C, authorising them to debit me again. This continued until the 12 Sept, when a Cell C staff member noticed that the original update of my banking details had been done on an old account. For two months I have sat without service which I have now paid for. As my contact is for data only I lost 4gb as they do not carry over unused data.
I requested to have the data that I have paid for made available with no success.
I now wish to cancle my contract and they want 1000 rand to break it.
They have never heard about customer service nor the cpa.
