Im furious with Blackberry

I just renewed my Two year contract with Cell C and my phone already faulty!!!
Now the Blackberry has to go for a 15 day period and thats when the trouble will start...
I want a phone that can last the Two Years that I'm paying for and not be inconvenienced by having the stupid phone serviced...
