We have been struggling with Blackberry for the last 2 years. We came to agreement and they replaced the phone but it is faulty it doesn't want to charge and they told us it is the signal and the outlet in Durban says it's not the signal it is the phone. It also gives the same problems as the old Blackberry. We got a message that the contract is renewed. We went to the outlet store in Durban to understand what is going on and the way we understood it is that the contract is upgraded but only has a year warranty. They put the faulty replacement phone on the renewed contract. We have been complaining about this phone from day 1!!! We can't remember signing any papers to renew the contract. We have been trying to contact the outlet in Brits as we are on holiday but can't seem to reach them.
