I have 9 cellphone contracts with CellC. One of my accounts is in arrears and have made arrangements for payments on this particular contract. Unfortunately they have locked all my lines due to this. Apparently this is a new process without informing customers. I HAVE 9 ACCOUNTS why wont I pay my accounts and suspend all my lines? This is unacceptable and will cancel my contracts if I need to. I do not want to hear excuses for this.
