My boyfriend and I picked up a phone on the 4th September which was an insurance claim at vodacom fourways, since I would be using the phone we requested that it be insured in my name, the guy did everything and it was settled, 2 weeks later 19 September i receive and sms that my vodacom insurance cover has been activated and a minute later i receive another sms that it has been cancelled, then another sms that says my application has been declined, I am really displeased at this kind of service!!!
