The service & response to complaints is appallin

I have sent two complaints via email to this useless network and instead of attending to my problem they send me an automated respond telling me about their business hours. Mind you the email I sent was before close of their business. They have bneen operative for more than 2hrs and I still haven't received a response. I upgraded to my samsung s2 last yr and their selfish sales people didnt tell me I wouold need a simswap as this phone requires a large memory simcard. Almost a year later my phone does not connect to internet and when I sent it for repairs it came back as there wasa no fault to the phone. I then decide to call the customer service and spoke to a technical advisor who explained the whole memory thing. Now they want me to do a simswap which I must PAY for even though my simcard woks on other phones. Had i known all this information I probably wouldnt have upgraded or maybe ported to another provider as my husband did with my contract.

This is really annoying because now it's too late to even cancel this contract and I will have to deal with them for another year!
