Would like to commend Andries the Telkom Technician who came today to fix my land line. I reported my fault via email at 11:05am today 18th Sept. Within a few minutes I received and email and an sms with the reference number. At 12:36pm the technician phoned me to tell me that he is on his way to my house. Wow, that was fast. He worked on the problem efficiently and was very professional. He only left my premises to go to the box and came back. Only upon my confirmation that my line was working again did he leave.
