I upgraded my cellphone account from top up to a contract on the 23rd of August 2013, and after few days having this new contract I realised that Mtn was charging me a lot on these PSD calls.
I decide to set a limit on my account, and I went to Columbine Square where I have done my upgrade and I was told that they no longer set the limits on accounts I will have to call 808 for assistance.

I have called this number for a number of times but each time I have to hold almost 20 minutes without any answer.
Can you guys please call me so that you can set this limit for me.
