Since Sept 2012 I'm paying my acc cash as I lost my job since then, I did close my acc at my bank now Cell C wants a letter from bank to say acc is closed. I am in WHEEL CHAIR people ask me R100-120 for transport, Cell C still biling my acc and charge me R70 for a returned debit order... as they can see cash payments on acc???
The call centre people not willing to help they cant put you thru to teamleader / supervisor TO HELP ME they only can escalate the complaint to them? No resopons from them only a call centre person that cant understand me or not willing to listen to my problem again I wonder if they put all the feed back on Cell C cust acc loggs,
